How the concept opens the ground floor

Living, dining and kitchen share one ground floor of 60 m², with white columns and ceiling coves marking each zone instead of walls.

A floating oak staircase rises beside the living room, while a framed TV wall and a kitchen bar with upholstered stools keep the space in the same warm cream palette.

Kitchen and dining

A kitchen island with upholstered bar stools and a dining table by the window share the open space with the living room, between white columns.

  • Open living, dining and kitchen: 60 m²

Living room

A cream sectional sofa with a marble coffee table faces a TV wall in a wood frame, with the kitchen bar in view.

  • Sectional sofa: 320 cm

Floating staircase

Oak treads without risers float along the wall beside the living room, under a black chandelier and warm cove lighting.

Questions about this project

Who designed this modern house?

Interior designer Gabriela Nechifor designed the concept at the Nobili Design studio, room by room, from the first layout to the final renders.

Is this a real project?

Yes. The concept was developed for a private client. The images are design renders. The client's details and the location are not published.

What does the concept include?

Renders of the open ground floor, the kitchen and dining area, the living room and the staircase, furniture layouts and the colour and material direction for each room.

Can Nobili Design create a concept for my house?

Yes. The concept starts from your property, the people who live in it and your budget. Send the floor plans for an assessment or book a conversation with our designer.
