How the concept uses three levels

The ground floor holds the living room, the kitchen with the dining table, a bedroom and a bathroom. The upper floor has the master bedroom, a guest bedroom, a third bedroom and a second bathroom.

The attic under the sloped roof becomes a dressing lounge: open brass clothing rails, a central tufted ottoman, a vanity and bouclé sofas, lit by LED coves and crystal chandeliers.

Entrance hall and staircase

Panelled walls with fluted pilasters, a staircase with oak treads and a wrought-iron balustrade, and gold-framed glass doors to the dining area open the house.

Living room

A cream curved sofa and channel-back armchairs with blush cushions face a marble TV wall with a fluted ivory console, under a tiered crystal and brass chandelier.

Kitchen and dining

Ivory shaker cabinets with glass-front wall units, veined marble and an arched range hood with brass trim surround a marble-top dining table on a fluted gold pedestal.

Ground-floor bedroom

A channel-tufted headboard against upholstered wall panels with gold strips and a fluted ivory dresser with a marble top furnish the ground-floor bedroom.

Ground-floor bathroom

Cream marble with brass inlay lines, a freestanding bathtub under the window and a fluted ivory vanity with an oval backlit mirror.

More bathroom designs

Guest bedroom

An ivory tufted headboard, textured wall panels in gold-lined frames and a velvet bench with gold legs make a calm guest room.

Upper-floor bedrooms

The upper bedrooms share ivory tufted headboards and shaded crystal chandeliers, with blossom wall panels in one version and a writing desk with lit shelving in another.

Upper-floor bathroom

Damask-pattern wall panels, a clawfoot roll-top bathtub and an ivory bombé vanity with a black marble top give the upper bathroom a more traditional character.

Attic dressing lounge

Under the sloped ceilings, open brass clothing rails, a central tufted ottoman, a vanity with a gold mirror and bouclé sofas turn the attic into a boutique-style dressing lounge.

  • Sofas: 223 cm and 227 cm
  • TV console: 253 cm
