Lilium, the living room collection finished in 24K gold-plated metal, is the subject here. The gallery below shows its three-seater sofa, armchair and coffee table. Above, three current Cantori pieces bring metal detail to a modern room: the Valley Modular Sofa, the Gabrielle Swivel Armchair and a Venezia table.

Metal as the thread through the room

Lilium ties a living room together with one metal finish, 24K gold plating, repeated on the sofa, the armchair and the coffee table. The same idea works with current pieces. The Valley Modular Sofa by Cantori stands on four slender machined metal legs, and a shaped metal side band wraps around it. Its frame is solid fir and poplar plywood with beech inserts, and the seat cushions are non-deformable.

A swivel armchair for two views

The Gabrielle Swivel Armchair by Cantori turns on a metal base, so one chair can face the sofa or the window. The seat is an enveloping upholstered shell, at H 70 x W 90 x D 85 cm. Its low height keeps sightlines open across the room. Other room groupings sit under italian living room furniture.

A small table with three iron stems

The Venezia Elliptical Coffee Table by Cantori is small, at H 40 x W 50 x D 36 cm, and stands on three stems of flat-profile iron. Its top is customisable, so it can be matched to the rest of the room. CQ Ciarmoli e Queda Studio designed it. Use it beside the armchair rather than in front of the sofa.
