A cafe-bar planned around a circular central bar in fluted walnut and dark polished marble, with banquettes and marble tables around it and a travertine terrace outside. Glass globe pendants, brass details and curved ceiling coves light the room from the bar outwards.
View full sizeThe bar stands at the centre of the room and everything else is arranged around it: stools at the counter, tables and tub chairs in the next ring, banquettes along the walls. Guests see the bar from every seat.
The terrace continues the palette in outdoor materials: travertine floors and planters, rope-weave chairs, stone-top tables and a bronze railing with glass panels, with LED uplights on the shrubs and olive trees.
Travertine paving and cladding, black-framed glazed doors and olive trees in lit stone planters mark the entrance.
A circular bar with a fluted walnut front, a dark marble counter and a brass footrail stands under a round walnut canopy with glass globe pendants. Backlit shelving and the espresso station face the room.
Round marble-top tables, curved upholstered tub chairs and channel-tufted banquettes fill the space around the bar. Moulded wall panels carry framed marble-effect artwork and brass sconces.
The terrace uses travertine for the floor, the walls and the planters, with rope-weave chairs and stone-top tables behind a bronze railing with glass panels.
The dimensions below come from the furniture layouts and the wall and ceiling drawings of the project. The renders show the design direction.
